Fry some onions and garlic for five minutes, then add any other veg you have available. Throw in a can of chickpeas, a can of tomatoes and some seasoning and cook for 20 minutes to combine the flavours.

These are all great ideas! I have been doing great buying bags of frozen chicken tenderloins. So I can either make fried chicken strips , but have been doing chicken parmesan which is amazing, so cheap to make , i buy most of my stuff at Aldi.
